RE Playbook ("we," "us," "our") provides educational content related to real estate investing, wholesaling, foreclosure acquisition, and creative finance. RE Playbook is based in Connecticut.

Any numbers, results, deal stories, or income figures shared on this site reflect our specific experiences and are not typical, guaranteed, or projected outcomes for anyone else. 4. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are one-time payments unless explicitly stated otherwise. Once you've accessed digital course content or once a CRM buildout has been completed for you, all sales are final and non-refundable. If something goes wrong on our end (we don't deliver what was promised), reach out to us at joe@jspropertyresolutions.com and we'll work it out.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, video, audio, downloads, scripts, contracts, software) is owned by RE Playbook. You may use it for your own real estate business. You may not resell it, redistribute it, share login access, or post it publicly. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination of your access without refund.

You're responsible for your own use of the site and any products. Don't use our content or platform to do anything illegal or to harm anyone.
